I’m Melissa, a Sydney-based certified clinical Nutritionist.

 

Through evidence-based practice, I am committed to educating and empowering my clients by providing them with the tools they need to achieve optimal health and wellbeing so they can feel their 100% best self and live a happy and fulfilling life.

 

With a special interest in pre and postnatal nutrition, chronic illness management including diabetes, weight loss, chronic digestive disorders, low mood, and energy as well as children’s health. I take a holistic approach based on the latest research that considers all body systems and how the body works collectively as a whole, rather than treating individual symptoms, to create tailored treatment plans for my clients that are designed to be manageable and realistic to achieve their health goals.

As a Nutritionist, my main focus is on educating my clients on the fundamentals of ‘food as medicine’ and providing them with the support needed to incorporate a nutrient dense diet and lifestyle modification to assist the body to heal itself and maintain long term vibrant health.
